Search for a "touch screen board" and you'll come back with five different names for what is, mostly, the same product. Interactive flat panel is the more precise, trade term — the name manufacturers and B2B suppliers actually use. It describes a flat display panel with interactive touch, which is exactly what these products are. If a supplier says "interactive flat panel" and another says "touch screen board," they're usually quoting the same thing.
Smart board started as a brand name and got genericized the way "Hoover" did for vacuum cleaners. People now use it to mean any interactive display. Interactive whiteboard and digital board are the same idea, usually from the education side of the market.
